Barış Keçeci is the Founder and CTO of GNSAC Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., a product-led cybersecurity software company he established in 2021.
With over 16 years of experience in cybersecurity, he specialises in OT/ICS and critical-infrastructure security, security architecture, SOC/SIEM engineering, Zero Trust network segmentation, Palo Alto NGFW design, and incident response for regulated and operationally sensitive organisations. He holds the OSCP and CISSP certifications.
At GNSAC he designs, builds and scales proprietary security products:
• GNSAC Vigil — enterprise cyber threat-intelligence and credential-exposure monitoring.
• GNSAC Phishing — security-awareness and phishing/smishing/vishing simulation platform.
He has led product development, security architecture and enterprise adoption programmes across healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and critical-infrastructure sectors.
Alongside GNSAC's commercial products, he builds and maintains a portfolio of free, open-source security tools for the defender community — including exposure-check (an attack-surface scanner for GitHub organisations and domains) and a suite of OT/ICS security tools.
